Teebox ("we", "us") brings a pop-up golf simulator to events across Gauteng. This notice explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and what your rights are under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Who is responsible

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, company (optional), email address, phone number, event date, number of guests, venue or area, and your message. If you tap the WhatsApp button, WhatsApp receives your number and the messages you send, under WhatsApp's own terms.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and arrange your event. We do not use your details for anything unrelated, and we do not sell them. We will only send you marketing if you ask us to or separately agree to it.

Who sees it

• The Teebox team.
• Our form service provider, which passes your enquiry to our email. It may process data on servers outside South Africa. We use providers that protect personal information to a similar standard.
• Our website host and analytics provider (Cloudflare). Our visitor statistics are anonymous and use no cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 12 months after your last contact with us, unless you become a customer, in which case we keep the records we are required to keep. After that we delete them.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing bookings@teeboxgolf.co.za. If you think we have handled your information unlawfully, you can complain to the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.

Changes

If we change this notice we will update the date at the top.
